The GMMAC project invites professional organisations to help finance preparation and life after competition, alongside federations and fighters. Membership, services and governance follow a proposed framework whose operational conditions remain subject to approval.
Contributions that support
fighters’ careers
The reference model sets the contribution at 5% of appearance fees and win bonuses. Of the contributions collected, 95% would go to the Support Fund and 5% to GMMAC operations. Collection and reporting procedures remain to be formalised.
Federations would mobilise professional organisations in their territories with support from GMMAC. Organisations participate in the governance and monitoring of the shared services while retaining responsibility for their events, contracts and commercial activity.
The proposed Pro Organisations Committee has ten founding organisations and fifty additional affiliates. Founders have two votes each within this committee; affiliates have one. It elects one representative to the Steering Committee. Admission and operating procedures remain to be approved.
A proposed circle of 10 founding organisations
and 50 additional affiliates
The reference model brings together sixty professional organisations in total: ten founders and fifty additional affiliates. Participation is intended to support the common social mission; final admission procedures remain to be defined.
Organisations would contribute to the Fund, bring verified results and contracts, and participate in the governance of services for eligible fighters. These are planned benefits, subject to deployment and the applicable conditions.
The model proposes 5% of appearance fees and win bonuses, allocated 95% to the Support Fund and 5% to GMMAC operations. The Fund finances Pockets PRO and prepares supplementary retirement. This contribution does not directly fund insurance coverage.
Founders have two votes and affiliates one within their committee. Founding organisations each have one vote at the General Assembly; affiliates are represented collectively there. The committee elects one board representative, and detailed membership rules remain to be approved.
Planned services include verified Ranking data, a visible social contribution and Pockets PRO advances for eligible fighters. Advances apply to contractually guaranteed appearance fees, subject to verification and the approved financing conditions.
The project connects organisations, federations and fighters around a common aim: insurance suited to practice, financing for preparation and supplementary income after a professional career.
Participation gives organisations a role in defining useful services and following their social impact. The means for securing contributions must be established territory by territory; GMMAC does not assume a universal regulatory power.

Document the purses, win bonuses and contracts needed to calculate contributions and assess eligible advances.
Work with the federations in the relevant territories on member services, verified results and participation in social protection.
Help identify protection needs during preparation, competition and life after a professional career, alongside existing initiatives.
Provide verified results and the contract data needed for the Ranking, passport and eligible financing, under the applicable data rules.
Contribute to committee work and to monitoring commitments, services and social impact. Detailed admission conditions remain to be approved.
